Carrot Moon is a large-scale sculptural photo installation created for Food For Lane County’s annual fundraising gala in Eugene, Oregon. The 6.5-foot circular sculpture was constructed using papier mâché and recycled materials and mounted to a repurposed secondhand bench to create an interactive seating experience for guests. The installation invited visitors to sit beneath the “moon,” creating a playful photo moment and keepsake. The sculpture was designed to balance visual impact with lightweight, sustainable construction methods.
