Most items are printed, dyed, painted, or packed by hand in Eugene, Oregon, so thanks in advance for your patience while your order makes its way from my studio to your doorstep.

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Since many Matagora Club items are hand printed, hand dyed, or made in small batches, occasional delays may occur. If so, you'll be notified.

Please double-check that your shipping address is correct and that packages are being delivered to a secure location. Once an order has been shipped, Matagora Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages

I want you to love your order. If something isn't quite right, please contact me within 14 days of delivery at help@matagora.club and include your order number and the name used to place the order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with any tags attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or an error was made on my end. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items. Matagora Club cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages and is not responsible for items lost in transit.
